On approval of the list of priority crops and the rate of subsidies for increasing the yield and quality of crop production for 2021
In accordance with article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 14 of the Rules for subsidizing an increase in crop yields and quality of crop production, approved by order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2020 No. 107, registered in the Register of State registration of normative legal acts No. 20209, the Akimat of Aktobe region DECIDES:
1. To approve the list of priority crops and the rate of subsidies, as well as the amount of budgetary funds to increase the yield and quality of crop production for 2021 in accordance with the appendix to this resolution.
2. The state institution "Agriculture Administration of the Aktobe region" in the manner prescribed by law to ensure:
1) state registration of this resolution with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) posting this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Aktobe region after its official publication.
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the Aktobe region.
4. This resolution comes into force from the day of its first official publication.
