Temir District Land Commission, in accordance with Article 43, 43-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 20, 2018 No. 518 temporary paid land use (lease) for running a peasant or farm economy, agricultural production "by studying, checking, comparing and evaluating all applications received for each lot (lease) for running a peasant or farm economy, agricultural production, by open voting
DECIDED:
1) By lot number 1
to recognize the winner in this lot - the peasant farm "Orynbay" Naurzalin Maralbay Zadigereevich who received the highest score and the majority of votes based on the results of an open vote;
2) By lot number 2
to recognize the winner in this lot - the peasant farm "Bekzhigit" Shonaov Akbolat Berkazovich, who scored the highest score among the participants in the competition;
3) By lot number 3
The tender for this lot shall be declared invalid, in accordance with paragraph 21 of Article 43-1, due to the fact that less than two participants were allowed to participate in the tender;
