General provisions
The state institution "Apparatus of the Akim of Aitekebi district" is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that provides for the activities of the local executive body-the akimat of Aitekebi district and the Akim of the district.
2. The state Institution "Office of Akim of Aitekebiy district" carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
3. The state institution "Office of the Akim of Aitekebiy district" is a legal entity in the organizational and legal form of a state institution, has seals and stamps with its name in the state language, forms of the established sample, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan accounts in the treasury bodies.
4. The state institution "The Office of the Akim of the Aitekebi district" enters into civil relations on its own behalf.
5. The state institution "The Office of the Akim of the Aitekebi district" has the right to act as a party to civil relations on behalf of the state, if it is authorized to do so in accordance with the legislation.
6. The state Institution "Office of the Akim of Aitekebi district" on issues of its competence in accordance with the procedure established by law makes decisions issued by the orders of the akim and other acts provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
7. The structure and the limit of the staff of the state institution "The Office of the Akim of the Aitekebi district" are approved in accordance with the current legislation.

9. The full name of the state body is the state institution "The Office of the Akim of the Aitekebi district".
10. This Regulation is the constituent document of the state institution "The Office of the Akim of the Aitekebi district".
11. Financing of the activities of the state institution "The Office of the Akim of Aitekebi district" is carried out from the local budget of the district.
The authorized body for the management and founder of the state institution "Akim's Office of Aitekebi district" is the state institution "Akim's Office of Aktobe region".
13. The state institution "Apparatus of the Akim of Aitekebi district" is prohibited from entering into contractual relations with business entities for the performance of duties that are the functions of the state institution "Apparatus of the Akim of Aitekebi district".
If the state institution "The Office of the Akim of the Aitekebi district" is granted the right to carry out income-generating activities by legislative acts, then the income received from such activities is directed to the state budget income.
