Aitekebi District Election Commission
On the formation of district election commissions for single-mandate territorial electoral districts for the election of deputies of the Aitekebi district Maslikhat
In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 10 of the Constitutional Law "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and Resolution No. 10 of the Aitekebi District Election Commission dated December 29, 2022 "On the Formation of territorial electoral districts for the election of deputies of the Aitekebi District Maslikhat", the Aitekebi District Election Commission DECIDES:
To form 11 district election commissions in the corresponding single-mandate territorial electoral districts for the election of deputies of the Aitekebi district maslikhat.
To send a resolution to the Aitekebi district Maslikhat for the formation of constituencies of district election commissions of single-mandate territorial electoral districts for the election of deputies of the Aitekebi district Maslikhat.
To post this resolution on the Internet resource of the Aytekeby District Election Commission.
This resolution comes into force on January 1, 2023.
