A seminar for Civil Servants on the state social order was held

The Ministry of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a regular training seminar for 50 representatives of central state bodies.
The online seminar was held on July 8, 2021 for employees of the agencies for civil Service affairs, anti-corruption, the Prosecutor General's Office, the Ministries of Culture and Sports, trade and integration, health, information and public development.
The implementation of projects within the framework of the state social order has been one of the areas discussed for several years, both among project administrators and the civil sector.
In this regard, the topic of the seminar was aimed at explaining the procedure and procedures for the formation of the state social order, monitoring and evaluation of social projects of the state social order.
According to the Ministry, the state social order is one of the mechanisms of interaction with NGOs and has been implemented for more than 16 years. Every year, more than 300 state bodies of various levels and more than 1000 NGOs participate in its implementation, and about 20 billion tenge is allocated for the implementation of more than 2000 social projects. Over the past 5 years, the volume of state social order has increased by 2 times, which significantly affected the development of project cooperation with NGOs.
Along with the positive dynamics, there are also problematic issues in the course of project cooperation in terms of non-compliance with the standards of the state social order, restrictions of NGOs for NGO participation in competitions on the state social order, expansion of the sectoral principle of the state social order.
During the seminars, participants could ask questions to the organizers, share their opinions and discuss the solution of problematic issues.
Earlier, similar seminars were held for 17 regional akimats.
