It is important for NGOs! Reports continue to be submitted to the NGO database

The Ministry of Information and Public Development recalls that the deadline for organizations to provide information about their activities expires on March 31, 2021.
Currently, more than 22 thousand non-governmental organizations are registered in the country. At the moment, only 1,995 organizations have provided information to the Database. Low activity of NGOs in providing information for the current reporting period is observed in the Turkestan, East Kazakhstan, Aktobe regions and in the city of Shymkent.
Providing information to the NGO Database is a prerequisite for participating in the competition for the implementation of social programs and social projects within the framework of the state social order and state grants, as well as for receiving an award for NGOs. NGOs that have not provided information about their activities to the Database are not allowed to participate in the competitive procedures.
At the same time, being in the NGO Database will provide an opportunity for organizations to get acquainted with successful projects of Kazakhstani NGOs, exchange experience, and the possibility of cooperation and partnership.
Non-governmental organizations can send information about the organization's activities in one of the following ways::
1) via the Internet portal of the NGO Database https://infonpo.gov.kz/ (authorization on the Internet portal is possible using the EDS key of a legal entity obtained from the PSC);
2) through the mail or on paper and electronic media (CD-ROMs or USB flash drives in Word format) to the authority (Committee on civil society Affairs of the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the city of Nur-Sultan, Prospekt Mangilik YEL, 8 "House of ministries", 15-entrance).
For failure to provide or untimely provision and provision of inaccurate or false information in the Database of NGOs provides for liability in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In this regard, we call on non-governmental organizations to submit information about their activities for 2020 to the NGO Database through the information resource by March 31, 2021 infonpo.gov.kz.
