To the draft order of the MIOR RK "On approval of the Rules for organizing and conducting public control"

The Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the Rules for organizing and conducting public control" (hereinafter referred to as the Draft). The project was developed in accordance with subparagraph 5) of paragraph 1 of Article 2-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 2015 "On Public Councils". On January 6, 2021, the Project was posted on the Internet portal "Open legal entities" https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=6270055  in the section "Culture, Religion, Mass Media".
