Notification of the placement of the draft regulatory legal acts on the portal "Open regulatory legal acts"

The Ministry of Information and Social Development announces the placement of draft Concept to the draft Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Control in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the Concept to the draft "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Public Control Issues" on the Internet portal "Open NPA ".
These acts were developed in order to create legal conditions for the implementation of tasks in the field of strengthening public control, set by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.K. Tokayev in his Address to the people of Kazakhstan "Kazakhstan in a new reality: time for action" dated September 1, 2020.
