A charter flight evacuated people from Thailand, Indonesia, and Vietnam. According to the decision of the State Commission for the Emergency Situation, the evacuation flight landed at Ust-Kamenogorsk airport on April 15 at 9.30 a.m. with 179 passengers onboard, including two children. Along with Kazakhstanis, there were citizens of neighboring Russia and Kyrgyzstan.

Let’s stress that earlier similar flights arrived in Pavlodar, Taldykorgan, Karaganda, Aktobe, Taraz, Atyrau and other cities of the Republic. Prior to the departure, all passengers underwent a medical examination, no symptoms of diseases were detected.

In accordance with the decision of the Chief State Sanitary Officer of the region, all preparatory measures for the reception of passengers were carried out in advance.

Upon arrival, on board of the aircraft, epidemiologists took temperature of all passengers and the crew There were no symptoms of Covid-19. All were disinfected and got new masks. All luggage and hand luggage were also carefully disinfected.

Passengers were immediately seated in the prepared buses. Citizens of the Russian Federation from the airport, accompanied by police and representatives of the consulate, went non-stop to the border. At the Uba border post, they are to transfer to Russian buses. Citizens of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan delivered to a special quarantine hospital. All will be tested for the coronavirus infection. They will leave the place of residence only after quarantine.
