Akim’s Office of East Kazakhstan region announces a temporary suspension of citizens’ reception on personal issues from March 18, 2020 in order to take preventive measures to reduce the risk of the spread of coronavirus infection.

In this regard, we recommend that citizens send their complaints, and legal entities - their official letters to Akim of the region by email chancellery@akimvko.gov.kz.
