For information of residents of Ust-Kamenogorsk and Semey cities

In accordance with the Decree of Akim of East Kazakhstan region on measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus infection, from April 2, 2020, from 00:00 a.m. to the end of the state of emergency, restrictions on movement along the perimeter were introduced in Ust-Kamenogorsk and Semey cities.

The Decree prohibits the movement of personal vehicles on Saturday and Sunday, as well as on holidays, excluding special vehicles.

From Monday i.e. from April 6, personal vehicles are allowed to use on the principle of evenness and oddness in accordance with the last number of the state identification number of the car.

As the Deputy Head of the Police Department of East-Kazakhstan region Eldos ZAKIMOV noted, since April 4, the movement of personal vehicles on weekends and holidays is prohibited.

On Monday i.e. on April 6, vehicles whose state identification numbers end in an even number are allowed, and on Tuesday i.e. on April 7, cars with an odd number of the state identification number are allowed to drive, on and on according to this principle.

We ask residents of these cities to strictly adhere to this principle and treat the requirements of the police officers with understanding.
