Dear taxpayers!

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 among the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Public Revenues Department of East Kazakhstan region (hereinafter referred to as PRD of East Kazakhstan region) is taking measures to limit the contact of officials of the public revenues agencies of East Kazakhstan region with the population.

Currently, taking into account the state of emergency, in all public revenues agencies of East Kazakhstan region, public services are available in electronic form and are rendered only through electronic services (information systems of PRD, Egov.kz). In addition, the access is limited to the Self-Service Terminal located in the Service Center of the Territorial Public Revenues Departments.

Regarding the presentation of tax reporting, we inform that the deadline to submit the TRFs for 2019 is extended by 30 calendar days i.e. until April 30, 2020, subject to their submission in electronic form. This extension applies to the presentation of the following tax reporting forms for 2019 - 100.00, 110.00, 150.00, 220.00, 230.00, 240.00, 700.00, 860.00, 870.00, 871.00, 920.00. At the same time, taxpayers are not required to submit any statements or notifications of extension.

Additionally, at the present time, there are Contact centers in the public revenues agencies of the region to provide taxpayers with advisory services by telephone. This advice covered a range of subjects, including the delivery of public services, closing a business, the procedure for calculating land tax, property tax, vehicle tax, arrears, issuing notifications and orders to suspend financial operations, etc.
