Dear compatriots!!!

I made a working visit to Podgornoye settlement of Samar district. This is a unique settlement - three Heroes of the Soviet Union are originally from there - they are Nikolai Ya. Fonov, Sergey E. Sednev and Ivan M. Yarotsky. The school museum carefully and touchingly cherishes the memory of the heroic compatriots - there are awards and photographs of the veterans of the settlement. I note that Podgornye school has all the necessary equipment like that in the city schools. We have done the repairs there and it is encouraging that the teachers and schoolchildren take good care of each classroom. In the near future, a physics room and a language laboratory will appear there. Next year, nine children will go to the first grade, and we're very glad. I instructed the district akimat to repair and, if necessary, build houses for young professionals who, I am convinced, will come to the settlement. This year, three specialists have already arrived in Podgornoye to live and work. I also visited the FAP, which has all the necessary equipment, it will also be repaired. At a meeting with the population, we discussed the Address of the President, snap election and key changes in the Constitution. I would like to note that last year in Mirolubovka rural district the residents themselves have elected the Akim. They voiced a question about the need for their own district newspaper, the residents really need it. The decision has already been made, and the newspaper will be published from January, 1. The road will also be repaired, lighting will be provided in the settlement, there is already the project. At the request of the teachers, we will also install a language laboratory in the school of Karakol settlement. I would like to note the excellent work of LIK farm that plants sunflower for the confectionery industry. There they use advanced technologies to restore the soil and increase the yield.
