The Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Marat M. Akhmetzhanov visited our region. First of all, he got acquainted with the activities of the Situational Center that collects all information from law enforcement, emergency and other structures. The Minister was demonstrated the capabilities of the Sergek Video Surveillance System, as well as the statistics that clearly show a decrease in the number of road accidents and an increase in the number of crimes solved promptly. To date, the police officers of East Kazakhstan region are of high standing. The Minister also held meetings with the population, where he answered the questions of the audience and with the personnel of Police Department of EKR, where they discussed the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the issues of debureaucratization, optimization and automation of the internal affairs agencies in the country.
