In animal breeding, we are seeing an increase in the number of livestock, but the issue of feedlots remains important. There are 34 of them in the region and it is necessary to clearly understand whether there is a sufficient forage base nearby, and whether subsidies from the state are effectively distributed. Another important topic is the implementation of the Bilikti Maman Program. It has a link "universities, colleges - enterprises", and specialists are being trained taking into account the current needs of the labor market. On behalf of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the number of grants is increasing, and the activities of the commission for their distribution are absolutely transparent. This year, 450 grants have been allocated in the specialties of Pedagogy, Economics, Veterinary Medicine, Medicine and IT. Including 243 grants were received by applicants from large and low-income families.
