This problem arises systematically every year, and we understand that private individuals cannot allocate 600 million tenge for conducting overhead power transmission networks. In Ust-Kamenogorsk, most people live in the ST "Rauan", "Zvezdny" and "Svetoch". With the largest of them, we will solve the issue of uninterrupted power supply this year, with the other two - next year. As for Semey, 19 thousand people live there permanently in dacha associations. As for Semey, there is a problem of water supply here in the residential districts - "Vostochny", "Vodny" and "Voskhod". Schools are being built in two MKRS, so the issue of water has already been practically resolved, as for energy shortages - it is necessary to understand and calculate in detail what needs to be done for a comfortable stay of people.
