Held a meeting on the development of digitalization and IT technologies in the region. The priority issue is providing rural settlements with broadband and mobile Internet. In addition to the current republican Roadmap in this direction, in January 2022 we developed our own special program. To date, 683 villages are connected to the Internet, and only 201 of them have a speed of 8 mbit/s or higher. In the rest, it does not exceed 5 mbit/s. Akims of cities and districts should draw up an extremely clear map indicating the name of each locality and the maximum Internet speed. As part of the "250+" program, our mobile operators are ready to provide mobile Internet, we are required to install 58 antenna-mast structures. I instructed the local executive authorities to develop a POI within 10 days and determine the land plots for the installation of AMS. I would like to note that in 103 villages of the region there is no access to the Internet at all, which means access to social and economic programs, and this issue needs to be resolved right now. First of all, we will conduct the Internet to places where there is no Internet at all. Also this year we are allocating 15 grants for IT specialists in this field.
