Held a meeting on the issue of training specialists for the hematology center in Ust-Kamenogorsk. It will be a multifunctional medical facility unique for the country, where the most modern diagnostic, laboratory and other equipment will be installed. In this regard, I instructed the head of the health department to draw up a staffing table so that we clearly understand which doctors and mid-level specialists need to be trained to work with certain types of medical equipment. This will allow the center to start working immediately after opening. According to our training program, 29 doctors went to Israel for advanced training, and several of them will work specifically in pediatric onco-hematology. Other specialists will go to study at St. Petersburg and Minsk clinics and universities. In turn, on the basis of the 4th city hospital, we will open a "school" for retraining nurses who worked in covid departments and hospitals specifically for the needs of the hematology center. Thus, this medical institution will have not only high-tech equipment, but also qualified personnel.
