Based on the results of trips to the region and meetings with the public, certain conclusions were drawn, in particular that the local executive power should not conduct an "ostrich" policy. It is necessary to openly and promptly answer citizens' questions and effectively solve their problems and talk about real things, because there are a lot of them. We also considered the issue of industrial zones in Ust-Kamenogorsk and Semey - projects with a multiplicative effect should become a priority here - that is, those where new jobs are created and the potential of the region is realized.

In the field of education, from February 1, our teachers began to improve their qualifications within the framework of the multilingualism program in order to solve the main task - to teach children the spoken Kazakh language.

The issue of providing some settlements with Internet access remains open, and I have instructed the heads of the departments of energy and Housing and digitalization to analyze the situation and work out solutions. If necessary, we are ready to supply additional antennas and towers. By April, all heads of departments, my deputies and, in fact, mayors of cities and districts will prepare development programs for each village and settlement, indicating priority tasks. A curator will be assigned to each locality. As for the issue of returning pasture lands for direct use, the region is leading in this indicator, and the work will continue.
