This is the reconstruction and repair of the House of Culture and the central square, taking into account the wishes of residents, this is the construction of a multidisciplinary hospital complex and repairs in the center for the provision of special social services. In addition, we will start building 20 houses for large families in the new neighborhood "Botany", in total there are 45 such families in Ridder. The construction of a school for 600 places is being completed. 560 million tenge has been allocated from the budget for road repairs, and taking into account the requests of pensioners, we will try to asphalt not only the central streets, but also the outskirts of the city. I also instructed the Department of passenger transport and highways to calculate and prepare a proposal for the construction of a short road "Ust-Kamenogorsk-Ridder" through the village of Tarkhanka. Its length will be only 60 kilometers. Special attention should be paid to the next heating season, taking into account the fact that the Kazzinc company is completing the construction of its own boiler house.

I note that the citizens have repeatedly proposed to erect a monument to the founder of the city, Philip Ridder, and I think that such a monument will appear on the renovated square.
