Today I held an advanced meeting with the akims of cities and districts and the heads of departments. We discussed number of issues which are basically about the social sphere. So, our teachers of kazakh language in Russian schools and teachers of Russian language in Kazakh schools have been tested. And, unforunately, not all teachers showed good results. Most of the teachers will take advanced training courses on the basis of the EKSU where they will master a new method of teaching Kazakh language. Our main objective is to teach children speak the state language and achieve a good conversational level. Parents often write to me that their children want to learn Kazakh. The multilingual program has made it possible to achieve success in learning English, French and German, now we need to pay special attention to the state language.

As for the healthcare sector, 56 medical institutions in the region are connected to the PACS system, this is artificial intelligence that allows for more accurate diagnoses - 84 thousand studies have already been conducted. And most importantly, the system allows patients not to travel to different clinics. This is the integration of all doctors, all test results, X-rays and MRI scans and more are stored here.

Over the past year, we have received 46 thousand appeals from citizens. The analysis showed that they mainly concern the social sphere, housing and communal services, the agro-industrial complex and business development. I instructed the akims of cities and districts to respond to each request in a timely and comprehensive manner. We also discussed the issue of allocating pasture lands - last year we started returning unused and empty areas specifically for pasture lands that farmers really need. And this work will continue.
