Starting Monday, all schoolchildren in the region will return to the traditional offline learning system

A week of distance learning was a forced measure, due to the increase in the number of sick children, so, for example, 37 cases of infection of students were recorded in Semey in one day. If the training had been in the usual format, this figure would have increased many times. Transferring to distance learning for a short time has kept our children healthier. And this is very important! Now the risks of infection are minimized, because we have good vaccination rates for children from 12 to 18 years with Pfizer. Yesterday, that is, in just a day, more than 9 thousand people received revaccination. By the first of February, 238 thousand people will be revaccinated. The workload in hospitals is only 17%, 251 patients receive treatment in the hospital. The number of patients in intensive care is 9 percent.

To date, 449 cases of COVID-19 have been registered in the region, and their number is decreasing every day, which means that we are gradually reducing restrictive measures. Restrictive measures were previously lifted in the field of small business. Work in this direction will continue in the future.
