Dear fellow countrymen! At the expanded staff meeting, an important issue was discussed – the implementation of a comprehensive plan for the development of multilingual education. We all, as parents, want our children to speak the state, Russian and English languages.

The program of teaching foreign languages according to the methodology of the University of Cambridge has shown its effectiveness. When analyzing the teaching of the Kazakh language, mistakes made in the methodology were revealed. At the same time, S. Amanzholov University has developed a new methodology for teaching the Kazakh language in Russian schools. We believe that additional methodological material will help both teachers and students in learning the state language. In general, more than 760 teachers will undergo further professional development. I am sure that in a short time we will develop a program that many schools in the country will receive. The most important thing is that our children begin to speak the state language fluently.

A number of other topical issues were also discussed during the meeting. In particular, the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control was instructed to bring to an end the situation on B. Momyshuly Street, 14. The author's and technical supervision improperly fulfilled their obligations, as a result of which the residents of the multi-storey building suffered. They must be held accountable by law for the shortcomings they have committed. Also, management specialists should make proposals for the further work of these structures.

The issue of preparing the region for protection from emergencies in the autumn-winter period was also considered. A storm warning was announced 41 times in the region, 36 times there were reports of road closures. The main thing is that none of the people who got into the snowdrift were injured. It was also noted the need to strengthen fire equipment with additional equipment to counteract any surprises before the spring flood.
