Dear fellow countrymen!!!

Today I held a meeting with the akims of cities and districts, during which we considered a number of issues, in particular, the implementation of the "Ауыл ел бесігі" program. It includes 116 support villages of East Kazakhstan region, currently 75 projects have already been completed in 44 settlements, six more will be completed by the end of the year, 12 will be transitioning to 2022.

Among the projects are sports and recreation complexes, construction of swimming pools, houses of culture, repair of schools. Unfortunately, there are areas with long deadlines. They have objective reasons, such as the rise in the cost of building materials, the late holding of tenders and the need to finalize projects. But I want to draw the attention of the akims once again to the fact that they are primarily responsible for the implementation of projects. I have instructed to create a commission that will consider all these issues and conduct a qualitative analysis.

He also instructed the mayors of cities and districts to ensure that all tenders take place before April, the work will be carried out during the construction period.

In many villages we are building sports and recreation complexes, but we need to do this taking into account the demographic situation and the number of children. We have projects and we need to build sports facilities taking into account the analysis of each locality. Today, much attention is paid to the development of children's mass sports in the region, there are 7000 free sections. The number of trainers has increased in rural areas.

The preliminary results of the socio-economic development of the region for 11 months of this year have also been summed up. There is an unambiguous growth in the field of investment and construction, and by the end of the year I will listen to each akim about the results of the work to achieve the necessary indicators.
