Dear fellow countrymen!!!

Today I held a meeting on the construction of transitional projects and projects of residential buildings, the construction of which is planned for 2022-2025. To date, there are 171 projects at the stage of development of the PSD, and this is more than 650 thousand square meters of housing. Let me remind you that for the first time this year, the region has crossed the millionth mark in this indicator. Also, for the first time in many years, Semey overtook the regional center in terms of the pace of construction. It is necessary not to lower this bar, but to clearly calculate the groundwork for the coming years.

The "One-Story East" program has proven itself well in the region, commercial and credit houses are also being built, since there is a high demand. I would like to note that those districts where good results have been demonstrated this year will be the first to receive funding. We are also ready to attract construction companies from other cities and regions of the country again, as it was this year.

It is necessary to plan the construction of social and cultural facilities, including calculating what additional funding will be required in 2023 to bring all the necessary utilities. It is important not to slow down and build at least 700 thousand square meters of housing annually in the period from 2022 to 2025.
