East Kazakhstan region has the highest rates of vaccination in the country

Danial Akhmetov held a meeting with the chief doctors of polyclinics, as well as akims of cities and districts of the region addressing the vaccination issues. He highlighted that almost 11,000 residents of East Kazakhstan region receive vaccines against coronavirus every day. This is the highest rate in the country.

“The new school year is about to begin and we cannot afford to let our children be at risk of infection. It is necessary to make sure that the clinics that have received a state order for vaccination work better with the assigned contingent. Akims of cities and districts, and Healthcare Administration of East Kazakhstan region, and Medical Insurance Fund are obliged to control this issue,” Danial Akhmetov emphasized. He also recalled that reports on the vaccination campaign will be heard twice a day during meetings on the non-proliferation of the coronavirus infection.
