Deputy Akims of Semey city appointed

As agreed upon with the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Darkhan Jorgekbayev and Dimitry Garikov, who previously worked as Deputy Akim of Ulan district and Head of State Architectural and Construction Supervision Department of East Kazakhstan region, were appointed Deputies Akim of Semey city, respectively.  

Darkhan Jorgekbayev was born in 1979 in Akzhar settlement of Tarbagatai district. He began his career in 2003 as a specialist-registrar of prices in Price Statistics Department of the Information and Statistical Center of the region.

In 2005-2011 he worked as an expert of the highest qualification level of Statistics Department of East Kazakhstan region then headed of Statistics Department of Tarbagatai district.

In 2011-2015 he was Deputy Director of the Statistics Accounting Center, a leading specialist of Price Statistics Office of Statistics Department, Head of Statistics Administration of Ulan district of East Kazakhstan region.

In 2015, he was appointed Deputy Akim of Ayagoz town, in 2019 - Deputy Akim of Ulan district.

Dimitry Garikov was born in 1975 in Borodulikha settlement of Borodulikha district. In 1998 he graduated from the Semipalatinsk Construction College, in 2000 graduated from D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University. He started his career as a fireman in Service Byta JSC of Borodulikha settlement. From 1999, he worked as an operator at Borodulikha MAZS and as a head of a gas station in Dmitriyevka village.

From 2000 he worked as a chief specialist of Akim's Office of Borodulikha district, then headed the state communal diversified enterprise Communal Services. In 2006-2011 he headed Housing and Public Utilities, Passenger Transport and Highways Department, Deputy Akim of Borodulikha district, Head of passenger Transport and Highways Department of East Kazakhstan region.

In 2011, he was appointed Deputy Akim of Semey city, in 2013 - Akim of Kurchatov town, in 2014 - Deputy Akim of East Kazakhstan region.

In 2016, he was appointed Head of Office of State Architectural and Construction Supervision Department of East Kazakhstan region.
