A new kindergarten for 140 children opened in Makanchi settlement of East Kazakhstan region

The preschool institution is located in the building of the former school, which has been repaired.

Let's remind that Makanchi is one of 16 settlements to have been included in the new development program of the former district centers. Last year, a new school was opened in the settlement, so that the building of the former school was decided to repair and open there a kindergarten.

This step made it possible to provide places in preschool institutions for all needed since in addition to the kindergarten, there are also mini-centers.

The head of the region Danial Akhmetov, during his working trip to Urjar district, inspected the new kindergarten and was satisfied with the results of the work of the builders and repairmen.

The building fully meets all the rules and safety requirements of preschool institutions, there is everything you need to educate children and prepare them for school.

The regional akim also visited the renovated 60-bed infectious diseases department of Makanchi settlement hospital. It has been empty for over seven years. Now it has its own oxygen station, intensive care wards and, if necessary, a hostel for doctors.

The head physician of the settlement hospital turned to Danial Akhmetov with a request to repair the empty building of the medical institution for a medical outpatient department with a day hospital. As there is a need for this, since the hospital treats not only 15,000 Makanchi residents, but also residents of 16 more nearby villages.

“It is necessary to study this issue in detail and develop project documentation,” said Danial Akhmetov. It is worth noting that by November this year, the water supply system will be constructed in Makanchi and all villagers will be provided with high-quality drinking water.
