Epidemiological Update on the COVID-19 in the territory of East Kazakhstan region

19 cases of the COVID-19 were registered on March 25, 2021, including 11 (58%) symptomatic and 8 (42%) asymptomatic virus carriers.

1 unidentified case of the COVID-19 (pneumonia) was registered on March 25, 2021, including in Ust-Kamenogorsk city - 1.

Out of 19 cases of the COVID-19:

- 9 in Semey city - 7s, 2a;

- 5 in Ust-Kamenogorsk city - 3s, 2a;

- 3 in Ayagoz district (Ayagoz town - 0) 3a;

- 2 in Kokpekty district (Kokpekty settlement - 0) 1s, 1a.

The daily growth rate in the region made up 0.2%, the average weekly growth rate made up 0.1%, the weekly average growth rate in Ust-Kamenogorsk city made up 0.1%, in Semey city - 0.2%.

In connection with recovery, 11618 were discharged from the infectious diseases hospital, including those with the COVID-19 pneumonia, and 6870 asymptomatic virus carriers completed home quarantine.

In total, 22706 cases of the COVID-19 have been registered in the region, including 15635 cases (69%) with clinical symptoms, 7071 cases (31%) have asymptomatic form.

The morbidity rate made up 1662,3 per 100,000 of the population (republican indicator - 1267.3). 379 foci of infection with 1168 contacts remain under control.
