Akim of East Kazakhstan region inspected the quality of houses for large families in Kokpekty district
On Wednesday, Akim of East Kazakhstan region visited Kokpekty district to check social facilities for residents. As part of his working trip, Danial Akhmetov gave a number of instructions.
The first facility the head of the region Danial Akhmetov visited was a newly built sports facility, within the framework of the program “Auyl el besigі”. This is a cultural and sports center where you can have all the opportunities to train and work out almost any event: a football field, basketball and volleyball courts, a street workout area, race tracks, and single combat halls.
Comfortable changing rooms are equipped for the convenience of athletes. There is also a large parking lot, for children - a playground.
- Since this project is successful among the population, we will consider the possibility of building such sports and recreation centers in 13 former district
centers of East Kazakhstan, - said Akim of East Kazakhstan region Danial Akhmetov.
During the trip, the regional akim assessed the houses built at the expense of a private investor further to purchase them for large and low-income families. One of those who are given the keys to a five-apartment house is Madina Kozhakhmetova, a mother of four children. A special highlight of the house is its facing made of block house material, which acts as an imitation of timber.
- I liked the project of Director General of NAIMAN Kurilis LLP Marat Bolatkanuly, - Danial Akhmetov noted. - I am glad that each contractor in other districts also approaches each house in their own creative ways.
Families will feel good and cozy there. The head of the region congratulated the large family on the upcoming Nauryz and presented gifts to children.
During this working trip, Danial Akhmetov also visited two schools located in Bastaushy village for 101 school students and Samar settlement for 320 school students.
- Major repair has been done well in Abai secondary school of Bastaushy village at the expense of the regional budget, - said Danial Akhmetov. - I am glad that in Samar secondary school No. 1 they meet the indicators in terms of the number of computers, because today we have the best equipment in the country in terms of computer technology. The number of electronic devices must go into quality. It will only be transferred if we teach not an elementary issue related to programming, but more in-depth subjects that are taught in other schools globally. In Samar Secondary School No. 1, we will address the issue of replacing windows. When visiting the district hospital No. 2 of Kokpekty district, the regional akim told about a new program to develop the obstetric aid units in the former district centers.
- I am not satisfied that our women, in large numbers, go to large cities of East Kazakhstan region to give birth, this will not work, - said Akim of East Kazakhstan region Danial Akhmetov. – It is necessary to train specialists of the hospital for obstetrics of I and II levels in our Republic. Overall, the hospital is in good condition. I instruct the deputy head of Akim’s Office of East Kazakhstan region Ilyas Mukhamejan and the deputy head of Healthcare Administration to consider the need to purchase additional medical equipment.
