Akim of Katon-Karagai district of East Kazakhstan region appointed

Kalikan Dildar Kalikanuly has been appointed akim of Katon-Karagai district of East Kazakhstan region by the order of Akim of East Kazakhstan region Danial Akhmetov.

Today, the candidacy of the new akim was unanimously supported by the deputies of the district maslikhat during an extraordinary session.

Deputy Akim of the region Erzhan Nurbayev introduced Dildar Kalikanuly to the district’s activists.

Dildar Kalikan was born on September 17, 1985 in Korobikha village, Katon-Karagai district, East Kazakhstan region. In 2009 he graduated from the Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics majoring in Management.

He began his career in 2005 as the head of Damir farm.

In 2007-2012, he worked as headed Ush-Bulak LLP.

From 2012, he worked as a chief expert of Information Policy and Mass Media Monitoring Department of Domestic Policy Administration of East Kazakhstan region.

Then, as a chief inspector of Inspection-Organizational Department of Akim's Office of East Kazakhstan region.

In 2014-2017, he held the posts of deputy akim of Zaisan district and Katon-Karagai district of East Kazakhstan region.
