Aseminaron training and advanced training ofspecialists in the field of technical regulation was heldin East Kazakhstan region
Since 2015, the Kazakhstan Institute forStandardization and Certification has been holdingseminars for the training and advanced training ofspecialists in the field of technical regulation,metrology and management systems.
This year, due to the need to comply with anti-epidemiological measures,the seminar in Ust-Kamenogorsk was held in a remote format.
From September 29 to October 1, in order to increase the level of professionalcompetence in the field of technical regulation, metrology and managementsystems, the seminar was attended by80 specialists, including representatives of government agencies, the Chamber ofEntrepreneurs "Atameken", higher educational institutions, testing laboratories,factories, enterprises and organizations of the cities of Ust-Kamenogorsk andSemey.
For three days, the participants of the seminar studiedthe requirements of the legislation in such popularareas as:
- standardization, including issues of practicalapplication in the implementation of publicprocurement;
- confirmation of conformity, in the field of nationallegislation, including management systems;
- metrology, practical application of normative legal acts on ensuring theuniformity of measurement;
- state control and supervision in the field of technical regulation, ensuringthe uniformity of measurements, accreditation in the field of conformityassessment
- technical regulation in priority export countries andconditions for product access to the markets of China,Iran, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and Germany.
Also, the participants of the event were explained therequirements of thelegislation on technical regulationand standardization in the following areas: buildingmaterials and highways.
During the seminar, the participants showed a keeninterest in issues related to the practical application oflegislation on technical regulation and standardizationin public procurement, in particular the process ofchoosing a national standard for purchased products,services and processes when filling out a technicalspecification.
The listeners were given a detailed explanation of the procedure for the formationof technical specifications, product identification in accordance with therequirements of standards.
The importance of this topic is due to the fact that theapplication of national standards in public procurementensures the promotion of domestic manufacturers inthe market, transparent regulation of the relationshipbetween suppliers and customers.
The seminar was held in the form of friendlycommunication, as a result of which the participantsgave constructive proposals for improving the Internetsystem of the RSE«Kazakhstan Institute оf Standardization And Certification».
As a result, the listeners received detailed answers tothe questions of interest and noted the importance ofthe knowledge gained in further practical application.
