Registration in the database of a non-governmental organization
The Akimat of the city/district informs that the deadline for organizations to provide information about their activities to the NGO Database this year expires on March 31.
We recommend NGOs to fill out the electronic reporting form on the website in a timely manner infonpo.gov.kz .
In this regard, non-governmental organizations in the form of a private institution, a public association (with the exception of public associations established in the form of political parties, religious associations and trade unions), a non-profit joint stock company (with the exception of non-profit joint stock companies whose founder or shareholder is the state), public, corporate and private foundations, associations of legal entities persons in the form of an association (union), as well as branches and representative offices of foreign and international non-profit organizations, operating in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, it is recommended to fill out the electronic reporting form on the web portal in a timely manner infonpo.kz
We remind you that according to the current legislation, registration in the NGO Database is a prerequisite for participation in the competition for the implementation of social programs and (or) social projects within the framework of the state social order and state grants, as well as for receiving an award for NGOs.
To provide information about the activities of NGOs in electronic form through the infonpo.gov.kz web portal, it is necessary to obtain an electronic digital signature (EDS) at the nearest branch of the Public Service Center (PSC).
Liability is provided for late submission of information to the NGO Database in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In accordance with Article 489-1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offences"
1. Non-submission, untimely submission, as well as submission of false or deliberately false information by non-profit organizations, branches and representative offices (separate subdivisions) of foreign and international non-profit organizations operating in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the authorized body in the field of interaction with non-governmental organizations of information about their activities, including their founders (participants), the composition of property, sources of formation and directions of spending money, – entail a warning.
2. The actions (inaction) provided for in the first part of this article, committed repeatedly within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, entail a fine in the amount of twenty–five monthly calculation indices or suspension of activity for a period of three months.
