The Munaily District Maslikhat DECIDED:
In Annex 1 to the said decision:
Clause 4 shall be stated in the following wording:
«4. Housing assistance is determined as the difference between the total amount of expenses for managing the condominium object and maintaining the condominium object’s property, including major repairs of the condominium property, utility costs, telecommunications services, housing provided from the state housing stock or housing rented by the local executive body in the private housing stock, and the maximum allowable level of expenses of the service recipient for these purposes, established by local representative bodies.
The share of the maximum allowable expenses to the total income of a low-income family (citizen) is set at 5 (five) percent.
When granting housing assistance, the norm of living area is taken into account as not more than 18 (eighteen) square meters of usable area per person, but not less than a one-room apartment or a dormitory room.».
