On making changes to the decision of Munaila district maslikhat from October 23, 2023 № 6/41 «On approval of the Rules of social assistance, establishing its amount and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens in Munaila district»

Munaili district maslikhat DECIDED:

  1. To introduce the following amendment to the decision of Munaila district maslikhat dated October 23, 2023 № 6/41 “On approval of the Rules of social assistance, establishing its amount and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens in Munaila district” (registered in the Register of state registration of normative legal acts under №4631-12):

The preamble of the said decision shall be amended to read:

“In accordance with the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Local State Administration and Self-Governance in the Republic of Kazakhstan” and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2023 № 523 “On Approval of the Model Rules for Providing Social Assistance, Establishing its Amount and Determining the List of Certain Categories of Needy Citizens”, Munaila District Maslikhat DECIDED:”

  1. This decision shall come into effect upon expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
