On amending the decision of the Munaili district maslikhat of May 31, 2024 No. 16/97 «On determining the size and procedure for providing housing assistance in the Munaili district»

Munailinsky district maslikhat DECIDED:

1. Amend the decision of the Munailinsky district maslikhat dated May 31, 2024 No. 16/97 "On determining the size and procedure for providing housing assistance in the Munailinsky district" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 4713-12) the following changes:

in annex 1 to said solution:

Clause 6 shall be revised as follows:

«6. The service recipient (not its representative by virtue of authority based on a power of attorney, legislation, court decision or administrative act) applies for housing assistance once a quarter to the non-profit joint-stock company State Corporation Government for Citizens (hereinafter referred to as the State Corporation) or the e-government web portal, according to the Housing Rules.»;.
