In accordance with Articles 17.84 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 37 of the Law on Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law on State Property and the Protocol No. 01-02/156 of the Council on Preliminary Consideration of the Implementation of Investment Projects in the Mangystau Region dated July 28, 2023 and the Joint Action Plan of the State Institution "Mangystau Region Land Relations Department" and the Munayly District Akimat, the Munayly District Akimat DECIDES:
1. The land plot No. 7/16 of Ibadullayev Myrzabek Dzhaksylykovich, Munayly District, Kyzylkum, transferred to the private ownership of the "Aktau Sea Port" special economic zone, attracting investments, creating new jobs, ensuring tax revenues to the budget and developing related sectors of small and medium-sized businesses (cadastral number: 13-203-011-397) with a total area of 95.1582 hectares for state needs.
2. To begin the procedure for the alienation of the land plot No. 7/3 (cadastral number: 13-203-007-545) with a total area of 99.0788 hectares for state needs, which was transferred to Ibadullayev Alibek Dzhaksylykovich Munayly district, Kyzylkum land, in the right of private ownership in order to expand the special economic zone "Aktau Sea Port", attract investments, create new jobs, ensure tax revenues to the budget and develop related sectors of small and medium-sized businesses.
3. In accordance with the appendix to this resolution, the date of forced alienation in connection with the seizure of land plots for state needs shall be set within 5 (five) months from the date of official publication of this resolution, that is, May 2, 2025.
4. The owners specified in this resolution shall be recommended to contact the Munayly district akimat to carry out the consent procedures.
5. The state institution “Munayly district land relations department” (B. Orynbasarov) shall take the measures arising from this resolution.
6. This resolution shall be published in the republican or local mass media, including the Internet resources of the Munayly district akimat, within 3 (three) working days from the date of its adoption.
7. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the deputy akim of the district A. Utegenov.
8. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its adoption.
