Munaili district maslikhat decided:
1. Amend the decision of the Munaily district maslikhat dated May 6, 2014 No. 21/244 "on determining the amount and procedure for providing housing assistance to low-income families (citizens) in the Munaily district" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 2431) as follows:
in the appendix to the specified solution:
Paragraph 3 should be redrafted:
"3.the total income of a low-income family (citizen) is calculated by the authorized body in the manner determined by the rules for providing housing assistance approved by the order of the Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 2023 No. 117 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 189820) for the quarter preceding the quarter in which he applied for the appointment of housing assistance.».
2.this decision shall enter into force on the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
