On amendments to the protocol
of the district election
commission dated May 14, 2023
In accordance with Article 113-6 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Munaily District Electoral Commission DECIDES:
1. Cancel the registration of candidates for akims of the rural district Baskudyk Kalymov Anuar Tumarbekovich, Kemezhanov Anet Isaevich as candidates on the basis of their application dated 05/29/2023 in the protocol of the district election commission dated 05/14/2023;
2. The Resolution shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
