Corruption is one of the scourges that has not disappeared to this day, growing with the passage of time, taking root in places where rich funds and public competition have appeared. As in developing countries, this scourge causes enormous damage to our new Kazakhstan.
Within the framework of the requirement of the law «Оn combating corruption», anti-corruption actions are carried out in various areas. Especially often the population faces the disease of bribery. Therefore, in any environment, we need to be active as a society in preventing bribery and bribery.
Bribery has a negative impact on the proper functioning of state bodies, undermines their reputation, refutes legal principles, and provokes violations of the constitutional rights and legitimate interests of citizens. According to the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «Оn combating corruption», the fight against corruption must be carried out by all state bodies and officials serving in it. Heads of state bodies, collectives, local self-government bodies, within the limits of their powers, are obliged to ensure compliance with the requirements of the law with the involvement of Personnel, Control, legal and other services.
There are many reasons why civil servants succumb to corruption crimes and offenses in this context. First of all, it is affected by the low level of education of employees, the position of decency. Some civil servants ' indifference to offenses, lack of professional ethics and personal care contribute to the detection of bribery.
Of course, corruption is not a disease that can be cured by giving medicine. The mechanism of prevention of dangerous diseases that threaten the functioning of the public environment and state bodies, organizations, individual entrepreneurs, citizens by illegal actions that destroy a healthy, clean and healthy environment around the population. It is necessary to prevent this disease, cross the paths of its spread to society, and prevent its increase. To do this, we need to take part in this disease and work against it. Only then will we make a significant contribution to the interests of the country and get out of the people's trust.
The proverb «where there is no justice, there is a bribe», «Why do you need wealth, if you do not have health, Why do you need justice, if the people are not satisfied» is also a reference point for employees working in the field of Public Service. Indeed, we will gain the trust of the people only if we make fair arbitration and stand above corruption.
