In 2021, local executive bodies provided 10075 services for 48 types of services.
Including:
- State body in paper form-324;
- Through the state corporation-1710;
-through the e-government web portal - 8041 services.
In accordance with the action plan for monitoring the quality of public services provided by local executive bodies, 9 control measures were carried out.
As a result, 71 violations were revealed.
In order to prevent violations and take appropriate measures in the direction of the provision of public services, 44 submissions were issued.
150 explanatory measures were carried out to improve the quality of public services (1,892 people were covered).
In order to improve the quality of public services provided by local executive bodies, information and explanatory work is carried out on an ongoing basis with the population on the way to receive public services through the e-government web portal: self-service corners function, seminars are held.
