About the budget program for 2026-2028 of the state institution "Zhanaozen city Department of Housing and Communal Services"
In accordance with the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 No.148 "On local Public Administration and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the decision of the Zhanaozen city Maslikhat dated December 22, 2025 No. 35/310 "On the budget of the city of Zhanaozen for 2026-2028", the resolution of the Akimat of the city of Zhanaozen dated December 29, 2025, No. 606 "On the implementation of the decision of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat dated December 22, 2025, No. 35/310 "On the budget of the city of Zhanaozen for 2026-2028", I ORDER:
To approve the following budget programs of the state institution "Zhanaozen City Department of Housing and Community Services" for 2026-2028:
according to appendix 1;
497.001 "Services for the implementation of state policy at the local level in the field of housing and communal services and housing stock"
according to Appendix 2;
497.025 "Street lighting of populated areas"
according to Appendix 3;
497.030 "Ensuring the sanitary condition of settlements"
according to Appendix 4;
497.032 "Capital expenditures of subordinate state institutions and organizations"
according to Appendix 5;
497.035 "Landscaping and landscaping of settlements"
according to Appendix 6;
497.065 "Formation or increase of the authorized capital of legal entities"
according to Appendix 7;
497.094 "Provision of housing certificates as social assistance"
according to Appendix 8;
497.098 "Acquisition of residential buildings of communal housing stock"
2. To ensure the execution of this order to the chief specialist of the state institution "Zhanaozen city Department of Housing and Communal Services" A. Sugulbaeva.
3. After approval of this order, the Chief Specialist of the department, A. Sugulbaeva, should ensure its posting on the official website of the Zhanaozen Akimat and on the Open Budgets Portal within three working days.
4. I reserve the right to control the execution of this order.
