Information about the state grant planned for 2026
The state institution "Zhanaozen City Department of Internal Policy" plans to implement 1 state social grant in 2026.
The main theme of the planned grant is the implementation and holding of events within the framework of the Otbasy Mekeni – el Bolashagi project. Within the framework of this project, priority attention will be given to the area of "Prevention of divorce and strengthening family values."
The choice of this direction is due to a number of social factors, including:
the steady increase in divorce rates in recent years;
low level of readiness of young families for family life;
the relevance of issues of parental responsibility and family education.
According to statistics, in 2023, 204 families in Zhanaozen dissolved their marriages, in 2024 — 243 families, and in 2025 the number of divorces increased to 284 families. In addition, according to judicial authorities, 543 citizens were required to pay alimony in 2023, 520 in 2024, and 550 in 2025.
The main purpose of the grant
The purpose of the planned grant is to strengthen the institution of the family, prevent divorce, promote national and family values, as well as provide psychological and informational support to young families and parents.
The following activities are planned as part of the grant implementation::
systematic work with young families;
organization of meetings with the participation of psychologists and specialized experts;
development of preventive and explanatory information and media content (podcasts, videos);
carrying out activities aimed at increasing the level of family responsibility in society.
The implementation of this project is aimed at preventing socially significant problems and strengthening family values in society.
