In accordance with the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 No.148 "On Local Public Administration and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the decision of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat dated November 19, 2025 No. 32/280 "On Amendments to the decision of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat dated December 20, 2024 No. 23/189 "On the budget of the city of Zhanaozen for 2025-2027", and also by the resolution of the Akimat of Zhanaozen dated November 25, 2025 No. 445 "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Akimat of Zhanaozen dated December 31, 2024 No. 606 "On the implementation of the decision of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat dated December 20, 2024 No. 23/189 "On the budget of the city of Zhanaozen for 2025-2027", I ORDER:
To approve the following budget programs of the state institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services of the city of Zhanaozen" for 2025-2027:
in accordance with Appendix 1:
497.001 "Services for the implementation of state policy at the local level in the field of housing and communal services and housing stock"
in accordance with Appendix 2:
497.003 "Capital expenditures of a government agency"
in accordance with Annex 5:
497.025 "Street lighting in populated areas"
in accordance with Appendix 4:
497.030 "Ensuring the sanitary condition of populated areas"
in accordance with Appendix 6:
497.035 "Landscaping and landscaping of populated areas"
in accordance with Appendix 7:
497.032 "Capital expenditures of departmental government agencies and organizations"
in accordance with Appendix 9:
497.094 "Provision of housing certificates as social assistance"
in accordance with Appendix 10:
497.028 "Development of public utilities"
in accordance with Appendix 12:
497.098 "Acquisition of residential premises of communal housing stock"
2. To ensure the execution of this order to the chief specialist of the state institution "Zhanaozen city Department of Housing and Communal Services" A.Sugulbaeva.
3. To ensure that the Chief Specialist of the department, A. Sugulbaeva, is posted on the official website of the Zhanaozen Akimat and on the Open Budgets portal within three working days after the approval of this order.
