Citizens Can Track the Status of Their Applications via the PSC Mobile App
As part of the digital transformation of public services, the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” has introduced a new feature in the PSC mobile application. Now, service recipients can track the status of their applications for public services at Public Service Centers (PSCs) in real time.
The application status can be checked in the “PSC Services” and “Special PSC Services” sections of the mobile app. To access this information, users simply need to enter their application number. This format ensures transparency and allows citizens to receive timely updates on the progress of their requests without the need to visit a PSC in person.
The new feature significantly saves users’ time and helps increase public trust in government services, as citizens can clearly see at what stage their application is and when to expect the final result.
“The implementation of the application status tracking feature is another step in modernizing public services aimed at improving transparency, accessibility, and convenience for citizens. Such digital solutions enhance the quality of public services and align with the directions of digital transformation outlined in the President’s Address,” said Arman Kenzhegaliev, Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens.”
In addition, the app now allows users to view and store electronic receipts — documents confirming the submission and completion of applications. The receipt is automatically saved in the “Application History” section, providing quick and secure access at any time.
The State Corporation continues to develop modern digital solutions that ensure fast and convenient access to public services in an online format.
