On invalidation of the decision of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat dated March 29, 2024 No. 14/113 "On lowering the rate when applying the special retail tax regime for the city of Zhanaozen"
In accordance with Article 726 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Zhanaozen city Maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To invalidate the resolution of the Zhanaozen city Maslikhat dated March 29, 2024 No. 14/113 "On lowering the rate when applying the special retail tax regime for the city of Zhanaozen".
2. This decision shall enter into force on January 1, 2026 and shall be subject to official publication.
