In accordance with the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 04, 2008, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 No.148 "On Local Public Administration and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the decision of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat dated September 15, 2025 No. 30/262 "On Amendments to the decision of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat dated December 20, 2024 No. 23/189 "On the City Budget for 2025-2027", and also by the resolution of the Akimat of Zhanaozen dated September 17, 2025 No. 348 "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Akimat of Zhanaozen dated December 31, 2024 No. 606 "On the implementation of the decision of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat dated December 20, 2024 No. 23/189 "On the City Budget for 2025-2027", I ORDER:
To approve the following budget programs of the state institution "Zhanaozen Department of Housing and Communal Services" for 2025-2027:
according to Appendix 1:
497.001 "Services for the implementation of state policy at the local level in the field of housing and communal services and housing stock"
according to Appendix 2:
487.003 "Capital expenditures of a government agency"
according to Appendix 5:
487.025 "Street lighting in populated areas"
according to Appendix 6:
487.035 "Landscaping and landscaping of settlements"
according to Appendix 7:
487.032 "Capital expenditures of subordinate state institutions and organizations"
according to Appendix 10:
487.028 "Development of public utilities"
2. Assign to the chief specialist of the state institution "Zhanaozen Department of Housing and Communal services" A.Sugulbayeva the enforcement of this order.
3. To oblige the chief specialist of the department, A. Sugulbayeva, to ensure its posting on the official website of the Zhanaozen Akimat and on the Open Budgets portal within three working days after the approval of this order.
4. I reserve the right to control the execution of this order.
