Pursuant to subparagraphs 1) and 2) of paragraph 8 of Order No. 211 of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 1 August 2023 “On the Approval of the Rules for Assigning Names to Administrative-Territorial Units, Constituent Parts of Settlements, Renaming Them, as well as Considering the Opinion of the Population of the Relevant Territory When Clarifying and Changing the Transcription of Their Names”, a meeting of the local community of the village of Rakhаt will be held on 9 September 2025 at 15:00 in the assembly hall of the Akim’s Office of the village of Rakhаt, located at 160A Shogy Batyr Street, Merei Microdistrict.

1. Assignment of names to unnamed streets in the north-eastern part of the Merei microdistrict (sections 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78) of the village of Rakhаt:
