On amendments to the decision of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat dated December 20, 2024 No. 23/189 "On the budget of the city of Zhanaozen for 2025-2027"

 

Zhanaozen city maslikhat DECIDED:

1. To make the following changes to the decision of the Zhanaozen city Maslikhat dated December 20, 2024 No. 23/189 "On the budget of the city of Zhanaozen for 2025-2027":

Paragraph 1 should be redrafted:

"1. To approve the budget of the city of Zhanaozen for 2025-2027 in accordance with annexes 1, 2 and 3, respectively, to this decision, including for 2025 in the following amounts:

• income – 22 577 193.9 thousand tenge, including on:

tax revenues – KZT 19,392,252.9 thousand;

non–tax receipts - 100 376.0 thousand tenge;

proceeds from the sale of fixed assets – 1,306,060.0 thousand tenge;

transfer receipts – 1,778,505.0 tenge;

• costs 22,642,314.2 thousand tenge;
• net budget lending – 78 087.0 tenge, including:

budget loans – 117,960.0 tenge;

repayment of budget loans – KZT 39,873.0;

• the balance of operations with financial assets is 800,000 thousand tenge, including:

acquisition of financial assets – 800,000 thousand tenge;

proceeds from the sale of financial assets of the state – 0 tenge;

• budget deficit (surplus) – 943 207.3 thousand tenge;

6) financing of the budget deficit (using the surplus) – 943,207.3 thousand tenge;

loan receipts – 117,960.0 thousand tenge;

repayment of loans – KZT 39,873.0;

The remaining budget funds used are 865,120.3 thousand tenge.";

Paragraph 2 should be redrafted:

"2. Take into account that a subvention in the amount of 4,398,349.1 thousand tenge has been allocated from the city budget for 2025 to the budgets of villages, including:

villages of Tenge – 606,854.7 thousand tenge;

Kyzylsai villages – 884 194.3 thousand tenge;

Rakhat villages – 1,538,727.2 thousand tenge;

Kendirli villages – 1,368,572.9 thousand tenge.";

Annex 1 to the said decision should be amended in accordance with the annex to this decision.

2. This decision will enter into force on January 1, 2025.
