QAZAQGAZAIMAQ Joint Stock Company on the establishment of a public easement
In accordance with Articles 19, 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the akim of the village of Rakhat MADE A DECISION:
1. To establish a public easement to QAZAQGAZAIMAQ Joint Stock Company (BIN: 020440001144) for a period of 10 (ten) years without withdrawal from owners and land users of a land plot with a total area of 1.5419 hectares for the placement and operation of a medium and low pressure gas pipeline from the village of Kenderli in accordance with the annex to this decision.
2. The state institution "Office of the Akim of the village of Rakhat" (chief specialist Turarova A.), in accordance with the procedure established by law, ensure:
1) sending this decision for official publication in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) posting of this decision on the Internet resource of the Akimat of Zhanaozen gorodosky after its official publication.
3. Control over the implementation of this decision is entrusted to the deputy akim of the village of Rakhat Tabanbayev K.
4. This decision shall enter into force after the date of its first official publication.
